It's About Tradition

In 1941, eight African-American gentlemen had a vision for a men's social club to provide brotherhood and fellowship for them and their families.  From the vision of those eight men, the Owl Club of Denver was born.

The Owl Club of Denver Debutante Cotillion is the oldest debutante cotillion in the State of Colorado. The cotillion recognizes outstanding African-American high school senior young ladies for their character, academic scholarship, leadership and community service.

In order for this wonderful tradition to continue, the Owl Club needs the help of men such as you. The Owl Club promotes a positive atmosphere of fellowship and brotherhood for you and your family.  The club hosts a number of activities during the year from the Sweethearts Dances, Mardi Gras trips to Louisiana, Owls Night On the Town dinner/play evenings and regular Club meetings are always good for an enjoyable time.

Come visit the club before committing to join and see for yourself. You probably will find that you know many of the members.  You will feel a sense of pride in belonging to an organization that provides service to the Denver Community and recognizes African-American young ladies who hold themselves to the highest of personal standards.
